MyOpen Recurring includes open-source components and may also include separately licensed Pro features. This page describes the license terms applicable to the open-source Free Edition and third-party components.
The MyOpen Recurring Free Edition is licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 (AGPLv3), unless a file or dependency states otherwise.
The AGPLv3 applies to the Free Edition codebase only. Paid or proprietary Pro features, if distributed separately, are not covered by AGPLv3 unless explicitly stated in their own license terms.
You may copy, modify, and redistribute the Free Edition under AGPLv3. If you run a modified AGPL-covered version for users over a network, AGPLv3 also requires you to make the corresponding source code of that modified version available to those users.

Third-party components are not automatically relicensed under AGPLv3. Their original license terms continue to apply to those components.
The AGPL-covered Free Edition is provided without any warranty, to the fullest extent permitted by AGPLv3 and applicable law, including without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
