Welcome to SubMan (the “Service” or “App”).
This App is part of the MyOpen app series, created by Robert Yang as part of the CodeTo2050 project.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- You must be eligible to use the Service under applicable law.
- The current version of this App does not require an account to use.
3. Acceptable Use
- Break laws or violate others’ rights (privacy, copyright, trademarks).
- Hack, reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt operations.
- Distribute malware/spam or create unreasonable load via automation.
- Use any automated means (scrapers, bots, etc.) to access or extract data from the Service.
- Use the Service for commercial redistribution, competitive analysis, or to build a competing product.
- Use the Service for fraud, impersonation, or other misuse.
4. User Content
This App is designed for subscription management and does not require you to upload content. We do not collect
or upload your content. If you contact us by email for support, you may provide information voluntarily.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
SubMan offers optional "Pro" features via subscriptions or one-time purchases:
- Processing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We
do not store your credit card information.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours
before the end of the current period.
- Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices at any time. Any
price changes will be communicated by the respective App Store/Play Store, and you will have the choice to
accept the new price or cancel your subscription.
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play
account settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by the respective app store according to their
policies.
6. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and verify purchases. By using the
App, you also agree to the terms provided by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple or Google).
7. Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. This App stores data locally
on your device; you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We do not guarantee that
the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, nor do we guarantee the persistence of data stored
within the App.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robert Yang shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, corruption of data, or
hardware damage resulting from App updates, technical errors, or Service interruptions. Your use of the Service
is at your own risk.
9. Changes & Termination
- We reserve the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any
time, for any reason, with or without notice.
- You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such update, modification,
suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
- We do not guarantee that any specific features, data, or functionality will be available permanently.
- If you violate these Terms, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Service immediately.
